The list of the Bank partners is available both on the Bank’s website at the link below and in Halyk mobile app:
• Open Halyk:
- On the main screen, tap the bonus balance at the top of the screen, it will open the “Halyk Club” Section with all the Bank’s Partners
- On the main screen, tap the “Partners” section, where you can find all the Bank’s Partners

1. Pay with bonuses for purchases and services at all retail outlets of the Republic of Kazakhstan with Halyk POS terminals installed. Payment with bonuses is not supported through POS terminals with integrated self-service cash desks (kiosks).

2. Make payments in Halyk app without any fees: utilities, mobile communication, Internet, and other services

Note: there are payments in Halyk that do not have the option to select payment with bonuses.

List of partners

Bonuses are awarded to any Halyk payment cards – debit cards, credit cards, Halyk Light installment card, except for corporate payment cards of legal entities and prepaid payment cards (gift cards), and payment cards linked to special current accounts AltynPlus/AltynPlus UPI.

• With Halyk Light cards, you can get a 4-month installment plan with no interest or overpayment in the network of more than 18,000 outlets of the program partners. Before making a purchase, please check with your partner/store for the current status of partnership with Halyk Light.

Example:
You have made a purchase with Halyk Light installment card with a partner for KZT 10,000. Monthly payment will be KZT 2,500

• Purchases with Halyk Light card made outside the partner network (via any other POS terminal and non-Halyk Bank POS terminal) are also subject to 4-month installment plan with a monthly fee of 1% of the purchase amount

Example:
You have made a purchase with Halyk Light card with a seller not being the Halyk Light program partner for KZT 10,000. Monthly payment will be KZT 2,600, total amount of overpayment for 4 months – KZT 400.

You can check your bonus balance as follows:
• Open Halyk application, bonuses will be displayed at the top of the screen
• Open Halyk application, the bonuses will be displayed in the “Accounts” section
• Open Halyk application, the available bonus balance will be displayed in the “Halyk Club” section.
• Contact the Call Center at 7111, request the Bonus Balance service and enter the last 4 digits of the card
• Bonus account can be viewed at the point of sale on the screen of Halyk POS terminal or in the receipt given to the customer when making a transaction.

If the payment was made via the Bank’s POS terminal with Halyk Club Partner (Merchant providing partner bonus), then the bonus awarding is reflected in the bonus statement in Halyk app in two transactions:
- bonus amount from the Partner with the name of the point of sale.
- bonus amount from the Bank – “For Halyk card payments”.
In PUSH/SMS notification, bonus awarding is also reflected in a single transaction.

If the payment is made via the Bank’s POS terminal with a Merchant not being Halyk Club Partner, the bonus awarding is reflected in the bonus statement in Halyk app in a single transaction:
- bonus amount from the Bank – “For Halyk card payments”.
In PUSH/SMS notification, bonus awarding is also reflected in a single transaction.

• all payments made in Halyk app from 02.11.2023
• cash withdrawal, including ATM withdrawals
• any transfer transactions
• payments for insurance services, except for payments for insurance services of Halyk Insurance Company Subsidiary of Halyk Bank JSC
• deposit replenishment/withdrawal
• rental payments, when repaying obligations to the state
• loans, microcredits, repayment of debts on obligations to the Bank, other banks and organizations engaged in certain types of banking operations and microfinance activities
• payment of taxes and fines
• replenishment of e-wallets
• payments and purchases on websites and via POS terminals of casinos, online casinos, betting companies, sweepstakes, lotteries, online gambling, pawnshops
• payment with bonuses
• payments with prepaid payment cards
• payments with corporate payment cards
• payments with payment cards issued to current special accounts
• customs payments
• bonus is not awarded under Halyk Installment Plan program
• payments for foreign transactions, including payments on foreign websites

Maximum monthly bonus on all Halyk cards per customer:

In Halyk network:

• up to 10,000 bonuses for 0,75%* bonus: on payments via QR code in Halyk network;
*Except for parking payments made via QR code, for which no bonuses will be awarded according to the 1% bonus deactivation on payments in Halyk app
• up to 20,000 bonuses for 0,75%* bonus: on smartphone payments (contactless payments by Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay, mobile and smart devices) in Halyk POS terminals

• up to 5,000 bonuses for 0,8%* bonus: on payments via QR code in Halyk network;
*Except for parking payments made via QR code, for which no bonuses will be awarded according to the 1% bonus deactivation on payments in Halyk app
• up to 5,000 bonuses for 0,8%* bonus: on smartphone payments (contactless payments by Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay, mobile and smart devices) in Halyk POS terminals

• up to 5,000 bonuses for 1%* bonus: on payments via QR code in Halyk network;
*Except for parking payments made via QR code, for which no bonuses will be awarded according to the 1% bonus deactivation on payments in Halyk app
• up to 5,000 bonuses for 1%* bonus: on smartphone payments (contactless payments by Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay, mobile and smart devices) in Halyk POS terminals

• 10,000 bonuses* for personalized campaigns -: in case the customer receives a Push or SMS notification from Halyk with a personalized offer.


Bonuses from the most partners of Halyk Club are unlimited (within the framework of partner agreements).

In some cases bonuses are not awarded according to the terms and conditions of Halyk loyalty program. It is necessary to read Bonus Club Rules for Individuals or the terms and conditions of the Promotion on the official website of the Bank, or the exceptions to the awarding of a fixed bonus from the Bank.
