What's the Halyk Club?
Halyk Club is the largest partner network where Bank customers can earn bonuses, pay with bonuses, and purchase goods in installments.

Special features and exceptions to bonus awarding

1. Pay for purchases and services with bonuses at all retail outlets in Kazakhstan where Halyk POS terminals are installed. Payment with bonuses is not available through POS terminals with integrated self-service cash registers (kiosks).

2. Make payments in the Halyk Super App without commissions*: utilities, mobile communications, internet, and other services.

*Note: there are payments in the Halyk Super App for which it is not possible to choose to pay with bonuses.

Bonuses are credited to any Halyk payment cards – debit cards, credit cards, except for corporate payment cards of legal entities (including individual entrepreneur cards) and prepaid payment cards (gift cards), as well as payment cards linked to special AltynPlus/AltynPlus UPI current accounts.

You can check your bonus balance as follows:
• Open Halyk Super App, bonuses will be displayed at the top of the screen
• Open Halyk Super App, the bonuses will be displayed in the “Accounts” section
• Open Halyk Super App, the available bonus balance will be displayed in the “Halyk Club” section.


If the payment was made via the Bank’s POS terminal with Halyk Club Partner (Merchant providing partner bonus), then the bonus awarding is reflected in the bonus statement in Halyk Super App in two transactions:
- bonus amount from the Partner with the name of the point of sale.
- bonus amount from the Bank – “For Halyk card payments”.
In PUSH/SMS notification, bonus awarding is also reflected in a single transaction.

If the payment is made via the Bank’s POS terminal with a Merchant not being Halyk Club Partner, the bonus awarding is reflected in the bonus statement in Halyk app in a single transaction:
- bonus amount from the Bank – “For Halyk card payments”.
In PUSH/SMS notification, bonus awarding is also reflected in a single transaction.

 From 02.11.2023, payments in the Halyk app will be suspended, except for payments in the “Mobile
Communication” category, for which a 1%* bonus will be awarded on payments from 16.04.2024 to
16.07.2024. Until 02.11.2023, no bonuses were awarded for CCEA categories (as per Annex No.2),
and except for payments for fare under the promo “100% BONUS for Bus Fare”, promo period

Special features and exceptions to bonus awarding

The bank runs various promotions with different terms and conditions (bonus amount, limits, accrual date, etc.), so all relevant information about bonuses and limits is available on the website and in the Halyk Super App.

In some cases bonuses are not awarded according to the terms and conditions of Halyk loyalty program. It is necessary to read Bonus Club Rules for Individuals or the terms and conditions of the Promotion on the official website of the Bank, or the exceptions to the awarding of a fixed bonus from the Bank.
