Instant card issuance terminal (self-service kiosk – embosser) is a device specializing in real-time card creation and card issuance in the banking sector.

You need to have your ID card and mobile phone with you:
• Choose your preferred device language.
• In the main menu, choose “Benefit Card”, then “Start Application”.
• Read the information and click “Continue”.
• Enter your IIN or scan the barcode on your ID.
• Enter your phone number and the code from SMS.
• Complete the facial verification procedure.
• Insert your ID into the card reader.
• Choose “New Card” service.
• Follow the instructions.

Reasons for reissuing the card:
• lost/stolen/damaged
• forgot card in ATM
• expiration date

• In Halyk App, go to the “Accounts” section from the Home.
• Choose “Order a Card”, then “Open an Additional Card”.
• Read the information and click “Issue Card”.
• Choose your city and the delivery method – Terminal.
• Confirm the application with a code from SMS.

The app for issuing an additional card will be processed within 24 hours. During this period, you will receive a PUSH notification regarding the application review. After receiving a positive notification, go to the Bank outlet to the instant card issuing terminal (self-embosser):

• Chose your preferred device language.
• Choose the service “Receive Card via QR Code”.
• Read the information.
• Go to the app and click on the QR code icon and scan the QR code from the terminal screen.
• The card printing will then begin.
• Follow the instructions.

IMPORTANT!
- The new process only works after updating the Halyk App version on Android devices.
- The generated application is valid for 72 hours, during which time you can go to the terminal and receive the card via QR code.

• replenishing the card with cash and other deposits is unavailable
• the card is protected from seizures and third-party claims

• When reissuing a card, the system will issue a new card to the existing account and block the “reissued” card.
• No annual service fee will be charged for the blocked card.
• The Halyk Bonus card tariffs will apply to the reissued card.
