You can pay for services using a QR code in the Halyk app, including from the comfort of your home on the E.gov.kz portal!

What do you need to do?
1. Go to the E.gov.kz portal and log in, choose the necessary online service from the list, click "pay online," enter your IIN, and choose QR-code Halyk. Open the Halyk app, choose Halyk QR, scan the QR code, and pay for the service.
2. Ask a PSC employee to generate an application and a QR code for payment. Open Halyk app, choose Halyk QR, scan the QR code, and pay for the service.

Halyk Bank does not charge fees for transactions made with its cards.

You can pay for all online public services on the E.gov.kz portal (real and movable property services, registry office services, tax payments and other compulsory payments, land management services, and much more).
