Transfer terms and conditions by phone number:
1. Who you can send a transfer to:
• The transfer is sent to the mobile number of a customer of any bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The recipient does not need to have a Halyk Bank card.
2. How the recipient will receive the funds:
• If the transfer is made to the mobile number of a Halyk Bank customer, the funds will be credited to the recipient's primary Halyk card*.
3. Is it compulsory for the recipient to have a Halyk Bank card?
• No, the recipient only needs to have a card from any bank in Kazakhstan to receive the transfer.

*Primary card - is chosen independently on the Home and is the card for receiving transfers by mobile number. "By default" the primary card is the most active one.

"Transfers between Halyk Bank cards are carried out without fees.
• In Halyk, tap "Transfers" and "By number" on the main screen
• Enter the recipient's mobile number, or select from the address book
• Enter the transfer amount and click "Next"
• Confirm the transfer using Touch ID (Fingerprint scanner) or Face ID. At the same time, you can select the standard transfer confirmation via the OTP code.*

Transfers to a card of another bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan are carried out with a commission.
• In Halyk, go to the "Transfers" section
• Select the service "By number"
• Enter the recipient's mobile number, or select from the address book
• Select which Bank you want to transfer to
• Enter the transfer amount and click "Next"
• Check the transfer details and click "Confirm"
• Confirm the transfer using Touch ID (Fingerprint scanner) or Face ID. At the same time, you can select the standard transfer confirmation via the OTP code.
