Yes, you can replenish your deposit from your accounts/card without fee in Halyk app, as well as replenish deposits via ATMs, without fees via Halyk Bank payment terminals, or via transfer from other banks.
Transfer in Halyk app: in the "Accounts" section, choose deposit - "Replenish" - choose the card you want to transfer from and specify the deposit you want to replenish - enter the transfer amount - then confirm the transfer.

Yes, you can obtain a statement online in Halyk app in PDF format:
• Choose the deposit
• Choose the statement period and click the PDF icon

You can close a deposit in the bank outlet only, except for the deposit" Universal". You need to have your identity document with you.
