To be served at the self-service kiosk, the customer must be registered in Halyk; if not, registration is required.
ATTENTION!
The self-service kiosk accepts banknotes with denominations of KZT 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 20,000. The minimum top-up/withdrawal amount is KZT 1,000.

The self-service kiosk accepts banknotes with denominations of KZT 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 20,000. The minimum top-up/withdrawal amount is KZT 1,000.

Via QR in Halyk:

• Via untrusted device:
- maximum top-up amount* - KZT 10,000,000
- maximum withdrawal amount* - per transaction/per day - KZT 500,000, per month - KZT 4,200,000
* The top-up/withdrawal amount shall be a multiple of KZT 1,000.
Increased limits are available in the Halyk app for customers who have completed full registration with Halyk, including setting up a trusted device and video identity verification.

Payment terminals do not provide change, but you can allocate the remaining funds to any available service.

• Cash acceptance – no fee;
• Cash withdrawal – with fee (according to the Bank's current rates);
2. Deposit account:
• Cash acceptance – no fee;
• Cash withdrawal – no fee after 15 days (1% of the amount – for early termination of the deposit/partial withdrawal before 15 days from the date of deposit);
3. Card account:
• Cash acceptance – no fee;
• Cash withdrawal – pension/allowance – KZT 0; Salary – according to the agreement, 1% of the amount; other receipts – within the limit of up to KZT 300,000 per month – KZT 0, above KZT 300,000 – 1% of the amount.

1. Open the Halyk app.
2. On the Home, click “QR”.
3. On the Automated cash register screen, click “Generate QR code for individuals”.
4. Point your phone’s camera at the dynamic QR code that appears on the Automated cash register screen.
5. In the Halyk app, select the “Cash withdrawal” operation.
6. Choose the desired account from the list* (in KZT), enter the withdrawal amount, and click to continue.
7. Enter the code received via SMS for confirmation.
8. A notification “Collect money from the Automated cash register” will appear in the Halyk app.
9. Then, click “Dispense”.
*If cash withdrawal is not supported by the account terms, the account will not appear in the list.

5. In the Halyk app, select the “Cash withdrawal” operation.
6. Choose the desired account from the list* (in KZT), enter the withdrawal amount, and click to continue.
7. Enter the code received via SMS for confirmation.

7. Insert the amount into the Automated cash register bill acceptor and click “Submit”.
8. Once the counting and verification of the deposited amount are complete, the Automated cash register screen will display the full name and deposit amount.
!!! To credit the money to the account, click “Done”.
If the deposit amount exceeds 100 bills or there are rejected banknotes, click “Submit” to continue the operation and place the money in the bill acceptor.
If you click “Cancel”, the inserted bills will be returned.
* If the account terms do not allow for replenishment, the account will not appear in the list.
