Attention! A fee was established for accepting cash in Russian rubles into customer accounts (for current accounts from 8 May, for cards from 21 May).
From 8 May, 2022, Halyk Bank’s fee for cash transactions in Russian rubles (accepting cash, transferring to the sender’s current account or another individual’s account at Bank branches) is set at 15% of the transaction amount, but not less than KZT 10,000. The fee for transactions in KZT, USD, and EUR remains unchanged – KZT 0.
The tariff revision was due to restrictions in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the export of currency.

You will not be able to be serviced by an expired power of attorney. You need to renew the power of attorney for a new period.

• Transfer from a current account to a 20-digit account of a third party in another bank for 1 transaction - USD 3,500,
per day - USD 7,000
• Transfer from a current account to a 20-digit account of a third party in a Bank - For 1 operation - USD 5,000, per day - USD 10,000, per month - USD 150,000.

When withdrawing USD 100,000 or more, or the equivalent in another currency, a large withdrawal request should be submitted. To prevent illegal financial operations, additional information regarding the source of funds/accumulation of funds in the customer's account and the intended use of the funds is required. Supporting documents may also be requested if necessary. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this requirement is standard practice for all banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as established by the state regulator.
