To withdraw cash without a card, use the “Withdraw Money Without a Card (at any Halyk Bank ATM)” service (Cash by code) in Halyk app:
• Open the “Transfers” section in Halyk app.
• Choose “Withdraw Money Without a Card (at any Halyk Bank ATM).”
• Enter the amount you want to withdraw and your mobile phone number.
• Confirm the transfer via SMS.
• You will receive two SMS codes needed for withdrawal at the ATM.
• To withdraw cash at Halyk Bank ATM, press any button.
• Choose “Cash Withdrawal by Code.”
• Enter the amount you sent to the ATM and both parts of the code from the SMS.
Done! You have withdrawn cash without a card.

Terms and conditions for withdrawing cash without a card at Halyk Bank ATMs:

• Maximum withdrawal amount via trusted device: per transaction – USD 750, per day – USD 2,500, per month – USD 10,000.
• Maximum withdrawal amount via untrusted device: per transaction – USD 750 / KZT 300,000, per day – USD 1,200 / KZT 500,000, per month – USD 10,000 / KZT 4,200,000.
• Minimum withdrawal amount – KZT 2,000.
• The withdrawal amount should be a multiple of KZT 1,000 (an amount of KZT 3,000 is not available for withdrawal).

Registration in Halyk is temporarily unavailable for customers without identity documents (ID card, foreign resident permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan, passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Registration with passport details is available on the Android platform starting from version 5.16.0.
When paying for services online, the amount may be blocked for up to 15 calendar days. This is because the payment was made to other organizations, and the Bank is waiting a confirming financial payment document. If confirmation is received within 15 calendar days, the amount will be debited and transferred. If confirmation is not received within 15 days, the blocked amount will be fully returned to the card used for the payment on the 16th day.

Find out your account number/IBAN in Halyk app:
• Choose your Card
• Click on the "Details" option and copy your account number in the IBAN field.

If you need to receive a notification about opening a 20-digit account, choose the card in the "Accounts" section, click on it, and then click on "Account Notification".
Yes, a fee may apply as the transaction is processed with the DCC service (Dynamic Currency Conversion). The purpose of this service is to allow the customer, at their discretion, to make a payment in the currency of the issuing bank's country – Kazakh tenge. In this case, an additional conversion occurs, and the acquiring bank charges the fee.
No, no additional fees will be charged in this case. Standard currency exchange fees will apply if the currency of your card account does not match the transaction currency, according to the Bank’s exchange rate and tariffs. For single-currency cards, funds will be debited at the exchange rate applied at the time the financial document confirming the transaction is received from the acquiring bank.
To close the card, you need to visit the nearest Bank outlet. You need to have an identity document with you.
