In case of return of the goods or if the goods were not provided in the store, you can cancel the credit agreement within 14 days from the date of signing. To do this, you need to contact the store where the purchase was made.
There is no need to contact the Bank. The credit will be canceled automatically upon request from the store.
Alternatively, you can independently cancel the credit for which the goods were not received. This option is only available for purchases in Technodom and Sulpak stores.
To cancel, you need to:
• Log in to the Halyk app.
• Go to "Accounts" - choose the desired credit - then "Settings"
• Choose "Cancel credit/installment plan"
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
