For permanent card blocking, please visit a bank outlet to reissue the card.

Using Halyk app is safe. To log in to your account, you need to know your phone number and unique password. In case of three incorrect password attempts in Halyk, your account will be automatically blocked.
A transfer to a blocked card will be credited if the top-up was made Via a bank teller.
If your card was blocked via Halyk, you can unblock it yourself in Halyk App. To do this (if you have the app):
• open Halyk
• choose the card
• go to “Settings”
• disable the “Temporary Block” option

If you previously requested a permanent card block service, you will need to contact a bank outlet to reissue a card.
In case of unauthorized transactions, you must temporarily block the card Via Halyk or the contact center by calling 7111.

You can temporarily block the card Via Halyk as follows:

• In Halyk:
choose the card and go to “Settings,” and enable “Temporary Block.”

Call 7111 from your mobile phone and temporarily block the card.

To find out the reason for the funds withdrawal, you must contact the nearest bank branch.
You can set card limits in Halyk:
• Click on the desired card
• choose “Settings”
• In the “Card Limits”/“Spending Limits” section
• choose “Set Limits”
You can wait for delivery of your retained card to a bank outlet:

• You will receive SMS with the address of the outlet where you can pick up your card within 5 business days. You can find a list of outlets issuing retained cards in your city at the link below.
• Until you receive your card, you can continue to use it by first removing the temporary block in the Halyk app: select the card you forgot at the ATM – in the “Locks” section, disable the “Temporary Lock” option.

You can also remove the block by calling the Contact Center at 7111.
After unlocking your card and before receiving it, you will have access to all operations:
- Link your card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and pay with your smartphone.
Refer to the dedicated sections for instructions on setting up contactless payments.
- Pay for mobile communication, internet, cable television, utilities, and more than 6000 other services fee-free in the Halyk app.
- Transfer funds to any cards and by phone number in Halyk
- Withdraw cash from Halyk Bank ATMs without a card

If you forgot your card in another bank's ATM: contact the contact center of the bank where you forgot your card.
