You can log in to the Halyk app in one of several ways: Face ID, Touch ID, a 4-digit passcode, or password login.

Your trusted number is your registered mobile phone number, which serves as your login for Halyk, is used for SMS notifications, and allows you to access services when calling the contact center at 7111.
If your mobile phone number is not registered with Halyk Bank or changed, you need to set it up.
You can set up and change your trusted number:
1) in Halyk app (during full registration with video identity verification);
2) at a bank outlet;
3) at Halyk Bank ATM located outside of bank outlets:
• insert your card into the ATM and enter your PIN code
• choose “Additional Services,” then “Trusted Number”
• enter your phone number and click “Continue”

Halyk Bank’s electronic signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature, allowing Bank customers to sign documents online in Halyk app without visiting outlet, or when receiving a product at a Bank outlet. A document certified with Your Halyk Bank electronic signature has the same legal validity as a paper document.
Halyk Bank’s Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) allows you to sign all Bank documents both in the Halyk app and at a Bank outlet.

By clicking the "Next" after entering your phone number and IIN during full registration, you confirm the issuance of a Halyk Bank EDS by signing the Application for Issuance of Halyk Bank EDS with an SMS code. A compulsory condition for obtaining Halyk Bank EDS is passing video identity verification according to the biometric identification instructions.
