Internal money transfers from the sender's bank account are made to the bank accounts (current/card) of the recipients opened at the Bank, in favor of individuals or legal entities.

Money transfers from the sender's bank account within the Bank are performed in both national and foreign currencies. In case the currency of the sender's account differs from the currency of the recipient's account, the Bank provides a currency conversion service at the exchange rates established on the date of the transaction.

International money transfers from the sender’s bank account are performed to the bank accounts of beneficiaries (individuals/legal entities) opened in other financial institutions within the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to the bank accounts of recipients opened in foreign banks.
International money transfers from the sender’s bank account are executed only in foreign currency. However, the Bank’s fee for the money transfer may be debited from the sender’s bank account in the national currency.
The following options are available for fee deductions for payment execution:
BEN – all fees are paid from the transfer amount. The amount received by the recipient will be less than the sent amount, as commissions from all involved banks are deducted from the transfer.
OUR – all fees are paid by the sender, and the transfer arrives to the recipient in full. Funds to pay the fees are debited from the sender’s account, in addition to the transfer amount.

• Recipient’s full name/company name, account number, address, SWIFT/BIC (additional for the Russian Federation: VO code, KPP for legal entities, IIN for individuals);
• Beneficiary bank’s city/country/name;
• Payment purpose code
6. Transaction processing time – from 9:00 to 16:00 (transactions accepted/received after the specified time are processed on the next business day).

Yes, you can transfer funds from your account to the account of a legal entity located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan by visiting the nearest Bank outlet.

Sending money from Kazakhstan to Russia can be done at a Bank outlet:
- without opening an account via Golden Crown transfers*,
- from an account via international SWIFT transfer.

*Please note that for Golden Crown transfers, cash payouts in Russia will be available in RUB until 9 September, 2022. Therefore, when sending money to Russia, the transfer currency will be RUB. Sending transfers to countries other than Russia is carried out as usual.

Attention! A fee was established for accepting cash in Russian rubles into customer accounts (for current accounts from 8 May, for cards from 21 May).

From 8 May, 2022, Halyk Bank’s fee for cash transactions in Russian rubles (accepting cash, transferring to the sender’s current account or another individual’s account at Bank branches) is set at 15% of the transaction amount, but not less than KZT 10,000. The fee for transactions in KZT, USD, and EUR remains unchanged – KZT 0.
The tariff revision was due to restrictions in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the export of currency.
