Receiving your pension or benefits to a card has become even more convenient with Halyk Bank – you can do it easily and quickly in the Halyk app. The service allows you to change your bank account for receiving pensions and benefits via the app, whether you already have such an account at another bank or are opening one for the first time. And all of this without visiting a Public Service Center or a bank outlet.

The service is available in the updated version of Halyk on Android and iOS; you need to update the app in Play Market/App Store.

To do this, you need to:
• go to the Public Services section in Halyk;
• choose the “Receiving Pension/Allowance in Halyk” service;
• choose “Use existing or open a new account in Halyk”;
• confirm your consent to generate an application using a code from SMS;
• the application has been created.

After submitting the application and its review by the State Authority, you will receive a PUSH notification or SMS about the result of its review and the assigned payment amount.

This card is specifically intended for receiving pensions/benefits from the state, and the funds on this card cannot be arrested or debited to cover debts.

Once the funds were credited to your card, you will immediately receive a notification as a Push notification in Halyk.

The decision on appointment is made by a state body. To receive a consultation, you need to contact the single contact center of the Republic of Kazakhstan at 1414 regarding social and labor issues.

The bank only transmits the necessary data to the state agency to obtain the service and ensures protection against transfer to third parties.
