To open a card online in Halyk app:
• On the Home, choose “Cards”
• choose “Halyk Bonus Digital”
• Choose the card type and apply for the card
• Enter the code from the SMS to confirm card opening
Card activation – the card is active from the moment of issue
Done! The card will immediately appear in your accounts and you can start using it.

On iOS devices:
• In Halyk app, on the Home, click “Cards,” choose “Sinooil”
• Choose the card type, contact number, delivery method, and address, and click “Open Card”
• Enter the code from the SMS to confirm card opening
Done! You can now start using your plastic card
1) Card delivery is only available to the following cities: Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktau, Aktobe, Karaganda, Taldykorgan, Kyzylorda, Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kostanai, Pavlodar, Kokshetau, Petropavlovsk, Taraz, Temirtau, Turkestan, Uralsk, Baikonur, Jezkazgan, Zhanaozen, Balkhash, Shymkent, Ekibastuz.
2) Card issuance is unavailable on weekends and holidays. Your card issuance request will be processed on the first business day.

Additionally, if you forgot your ID card, you have the option to open an account based on a digital ID card without providing the original ID card.

1. Open the eGov app.
2. In the "Services" section, click on "Digital Documents."
3. You can log in in 2 ways:
• by entering your Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) password, or
• via SMS (after entering your IIN and phone number, a 5-digit code will be sent to your phone number)
4. Choose "ID card" from the document section and click on the "Grant Access to Document"
5. Dictate a short code displayed on the screen to the manager.
All types of debit transactions are strictly prohibited.
