Yes, Halyk Bank provides the possibility of refinancing both existing unsecured loans of the Bank and other second-tier banks via:

• Bank outlet

In the Halyk app:
1. On the Home, choose "Get a loan"
2. Enter the amount and period, and click Next
3. Fill out a short form (when displaying this screen) and click "Next"
4. You will be offered loans that you can refinance.
5. Choose a refinancing loan from the list and click Next
6. If there is no income, the system will ask you to fill out an additional questionnaire where you need to choose the type of employment - self-employed, choose the type of activity from the drop-down list.
7. Review the decision and choose a monthly payment date.
8. Choose a card to transfer funds to
9. Read the loan documentation and sign the documents using an EDS issued by the Bank
10. If you agree, click "Confirm loan receipt"
11. Confirm the refinancing with an SMS code
12. Congratulations! If approved, the funds will be credited to your card.

If you have refinanced a loan from another STB, then you need to personally transfer the funds to the full early repayment of the loan from that Bank.
