In the Halyk app, the application and decision for an online loan are accepted every day, 24/7, and disbursement is from 08:00 to 21:00.
1. On the Home, choose “Loans”, then “Online Loan”.
2. Enter the amount, period, and click “Next”.
3. If necessary, the system will prompt you to fill out an additional questionnaire where you need to choose your employment type – self-employed, and choose your activity from the drop-down list.
4. Grant the application access to the camera for video identity verification.
5. Pass the facial recognition procedure and scan your identity document.
6. Sign the contract via Halyk EDS.
7. Fill out a short questionnaire and click “Next”.
8. Choose the available loan decision for you and click “Confirm Loan Receipt”.
9. Confirm loan receipt with the code from SMS.
Congratulations! In case of approval, the funds will be credited to your card.

• Enter the code received via SMS sent to your mobile number.
• Enter your IIN and read the Terms and Coditions of the Privacy Policy.
• Complete video identity verification according to the instructions.
• Set a 4-digit numeric access code for future app login.
