Repay your loan on time in Halyk app, or before the scheduled date, to avoid delinquency and damaging your credit history. To make a monthly payment, you need to:
• Open Halyk
• Tap "Repay" on the Home
• Choose the installment plan/loan you want to repay
• Click "Pay Monthly Payment"
• Choose a card or account for payment and enter the payment amount
• Confirm the payment
Attention! Halyk loan repayment is available from 09:00 to 18:00. Monthly payment repayment is available on Android smartphones (version 5.4.2 or higher) and iOS (version 5.5.2 or higher).
Additionally:
1) You can make a grouped monthly payment only for consumer loans/installment plans (for other types of loans – for each loan individually). When choosing to repay a consumer loan/installment plan in a group – the "to be paid" option will display the total amount of payments for all consumer loans, minus the amount previously credited to the prepayment account and reflected in the "already paid" option.
2) In case you pay more than the scheduled amount for the monthly payment, the remaining funds will remain in your contract prepayment account to pay the next monthly payment according to the schedule.
3) In case of full loan repayment, any excess amount in the agreement prepayment account will be automatically transferred to your current account.

Repayment occurs automatically; funds will be debited from your Halyk card/account/electronic wallet opened with the Bank.

• ATM with Cash-In functionality
• card-to-card transfer via Halyk
• other banks supporting card-to-card transfers
• fee-free via Halyk Bank payment terminals
• via bank branch cash desks
2) If you do not have an account and card with the Bank, you need to replenish your Halyk Wallet electronic wallet.
To find the details of your Halyk Wallet electronic wallet, open the Halyk app:
• in Halyk, choose “Halyk Wallet” on the Home
• open “Details”
You can replenish your Halyk Wallet electronic wallet/card via:
• transfer:
- from a card to an account/card/to a Halyk Wallet electronic wallet via Halyk
- from cards of other banks to your card number or Halyk Wallet electronic wallet number
• via ATMs with Cash-In functionality:
- choose “deposit to payment card”
- enter your card number or Halyk Wallet electronic wallet number and replenish for the required amount
• via Payment Terminal:
- choose functions - “Banking Services” - “Account/Card Replenish” - “Card Replenishment”
- then enter your IIN and card number or Halyk Wallet electronic wallet number
1) You can replenish your card/account via:

You will be able to make partial and full early repayments on your consumer loan/installment plan from your bank account/card in Halyk app without fees.

• On the Home, click the “Repay” option
• Choose “Goods on credit/installment plan”
• If you have multiple consumer loans, choose the loan you want to repay early
• Click the “Early Repayment” option
• Chooe the type of transaction “Full” or “Partial” early repayment of the loan/installment plan
• When choosing partial early repayment, you can choose to reduce the period or the payment amount
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• Check and confirm the payment
• Enter the confirmation SMS code
You can track the status of your application by going to the “Menu” section, then the “My Applications” tab, and then “Archive”.
Partial and full early repayment in Halyk is available from 9:00 to 19:00 every day, except for weekends/holidays when a scheduled payment falls on that day.
The minimum amount for partial early repayment is not less than one monthly payment.
