Great news for parents – you can apply for a birth benefits and childcare benefit up to one year online in Halyk app.

The service is available in the updated version of Halyk on Android and iOS; you need to update the app in Play Market/App Store.

To do this, you need to:
• go to the “Public Services” section in Halyk;
• choose “Birth benefits”;
• choose the child for whom you will be submitting the application;
• verify all the data and sign the application with a code from SMS;

After submitting the application and its review by the State Authority, you will receive a PUSH notification or SMS about the result of its consideration and the amount of payments approved.

You need to:
• go to the Public Services section in Halyk;
• choose “Childbirth benefits”;
• choose the child for whom you will be submitting the application;
• verify all the data and sign the application with the code from SMS;

After submitting the application and its review by the State Authority, you will receive a PUSH notification or SMS about the result of its consideration and the approved payment amount.

This card is specifically designed for receiving state benefits, and the funds on this card cannot be arrested or deducted to cover debts.

Information about you and your family is being requested from state authorities. Therefore, to correct the data, you need to use the state service to update your information via Public Service Center or the e-government portal.

The decision on appointment is made by a state body. To receive a consultation, you need to contact the single contact center of the Republic of Kazakhstan at 1414 regarding social and labor issues.
