You can pay for services using a QR code in the Halyk app, including from the comfort of your home on the E.gov.kz portal!
What do you need to do?
1. Go to the E.gov.kz portal and log in, choose the necessary online service from the list, click "pay online," enter your IIN, and choose QR-code Halyk. Open the Halyk app, choose Halyk QR, scan the QR code, and pay for the service.
2. Ask a PSC employee to generate an application and a QR code for payment. Open Halyk app, choose Halyk QR, scan the QR code, and pay for the service.

Halyk Bank does not charge fees for transactions made with its cards.

To make payments via Halyk app, you do not need to have a Bank card or visit a Bank outlet to open a plastic card and wait for its issuance. Simply download the Halyk app, register with your mobile number and IIN.
Open a Halyk Bonus Digital card without receiving plastic, waiting for any issuance period, and use it to make payments, transfers, and much more in the app.
You can replenish the digital card using its 16-digit number at ATMs with a Cash-in function and payment terminals.
The service fee for such a digital card (without plastic issuance) is KZT 0 for all years of service, so there will be no costs on your part.
You can make purchases and receive up to 30% bonuses from the Halyk Club partner network (a complete list of partners can be found in the app).
You can use accumulated bonuses to pay for utilities, mobile communication, education, transportation services, taxes, and much more.
You can also subsequently link the card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and pay for purchases without a card using your smartphone, or order free plastic card delivery in the app.
