Customer funds are held in the customer’s investment account, and securities traded on KASE and AIX are held in their sub-account with the CDCB and AIX CSD, respectively.

Upon joining the agreement, the customer confirms that they are fully aware of the existence of systemic and non-systemic risks associated with activities in the securities market. The broker is not liable for any damages incurred by the customer in connection with their investment decision, as the broker acts on the terms and parameters of the customer’s order/instruction.

Financial instruments and funds belonging to the broker shall be accounted for separately from the financial instruments and funds of its customers. Financial instruments and funds received from customers shall be credited by the broker to accounts designated for accounting and safekeeping of financial instruments and funds belonging to the broker’s customers in banks and (or) securities depositories and (or) custodians (only for securities of foreign issuers) and (or) clearing organizations, and (or) settlement organizations, and (or) foreign settlement organizations that are not affiliated with it.

Financial instruments and funds belonging to the broker shall be kept in separate accounts from the financial instruments and funds of its customers. In the event of the broker losing its license or becoming insolvent, the customer’s assets will be transferred to another broker with whom the customer opens an account.

When establishing business relations with a customer remotely via Halyk app, an exchange of the customer’s personal data with Halyk Savings Bank JSC occurs. Also, personal data may be transferred to national security agencies, investigation authorities, and preliminary investigation bodies upon their request in relation to criminal cases they are handling.
