To return the goods, you need to contact the store where you received it. Bring with you the delivery note and the sales receipt that you were given on the day of purchase, and obtain the original return delivery note from the seller.
To process a return, the following documents are required:
— a cash desk receipt;
— for non-cash payments – the bank card used to make the purchase.

The period for returning goods of proper quality is 14 days from the date of receipt.
You can return the goods within 14 days of purchase. To return the goods, you need to contact the store where you received it. Bring your invoice and sales receipt, which you were given on the day of sale, and receive an original return delivery note from the seller. If the goods is accepted back, your Purchase Credit will be cancelled without fees or penalties. To repay the credit, you need to contact the Bank to submit an application for early repayment of the credit, presenting the original return delivery invoice or another document confirming the return of the goods. Accrued interest on the credit for 14 days will also be cancelled.
Categories of goods not subject to return:
• Cellular subscriber devices;
• Medicines and medical devices;
• Underwear;
• Hosiery;
• Goods sold by the meter, namely fabrics made of all types of fibers, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, non-woven materials, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, film, oilcloth
and other goods not subject to return in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
