PIN code for your card will be issued in an envelope at the Bank outlet when you receive your plastic card.
You have 5 attempts to enter an incorrect PIN code; after the 6th attempt, the card will be automatically blocked.
If you forgot your PIN code or want to set a new one, use Halyk app:
• Open Halyk and choose the desired card
• Go to “PIN code”
• Choose “PIN code setup/change” and follow the instructions
• Confirm the PIN code change with the code from SMS

After 6 incorrect attempts, the card will be automatically blocked. You can reset your PIN entry attempts:
Via Halyk:
choose the card and go to “PIN Code”, then choose “Reset PIN Entry Attempts”
Via the contact center:
Call 7111 from your mobile phone and provide the last 4 digits of the card.
