Pay your installment plan on time via Halyk app, or before the scheduled date, to avoid delinquency and damaging your credit history. To make a monthly payment, you need to:
• Open Halyk
• On the Home, click on the "Make a payment"
• Choose the installment plan you want to pay
• Tap “Repay monthly payment”
• Choose a card or account for payment and enter the payment amount
• Confirm the payment
Attention! Payment in Halyk is available from 09:00 to 18:00. Monthly payment can be made on Android smartphones (version 5.4.2 or higher) and IOS (version 5.5.2 or higher).

Additionally:
1) You can make monthly payment by grouping only for consumer loans/installment plans (for other types of loans – for each loan separately). When choosing to pay a consumer loan/installment plan in a group – the “to repay” option will reflect the total amount of payments for all consumer loans, minus the amount previously credited to the prepayment account and reflected in the “already paid” option.
2) In case you pay more than the scheduled payment amount for the monthly payment, the remaining funds will remain in your prepayment account for the next monthly payment according to the schedule.
3) In case of full repayment of the agreement, any excess amount in the contract’s prepayment account will be automatically transferred to your current account.

Repayment occurs automatically; funds will be debited from your Halyk card/account/electronic wallet opened with the Bank.

1) You can replenish your card/account via:
• ATMs with Cash-In functionality
• card-to-card transfer via Halyk
• other banks supporting card-to-card transfers
• fee-free via Halyk Bank payment terminals
• via bank outlet at cash desks

2) If you do not have an account and card with the Bank, you need to replenish your Halyk Wallet electronic wallet.
To find the details of your Halyk Wallet electronic wallet, open Halyk app:
• in Halyk, choose “Halyk Wallet” on the Home
• open “Details”

You can replenish your Halyk Wallet electronic wallet/card via:
• transfer:
- from a card to an account/card/to a Halyk Wallet electronic wallet via Halyk
- from cards of other banks to your card number or Halyk Wallet electronic wallet number
• via ATMs with Cash-In functionality:
- choose “deposit to payment card”
- enter your card number or Halyk Wallet electronic wallet number and replenish for the required amount
• via Payment Terminal:
- choose functions - “Banking Services” - “Account/Card replenishment” - “Card replenishment”
- then enter your IIN and card number or Halyk Wallet electronic wallet number

You will be able to make partial and full early repayments on your installment plan from your bank account/card in the Halyk app without fees.
• Open Halyk
• On the Home, click on the "Make a payment"
• Choose "Loans/Installments"
• If you have multiple loan products, choose the loan you want to repay early
• Click on the "Early Repayment" option
• Choose the type of operation "Full" or "Partial" early repayment of the installment plan
• When choosing partial early repayment, you will be given the option to repay by reducing the period or reducing the payment amount
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• Check and confirm the payment
• Enter the confirmation SMS code

You can track the status of your application by going to the "Menu" section, then to the "My Applications" tab, and then to "Archive".
Partial and full early repayment in Halyk is available from 09:00 to 19:00 every day, except for weekends/holidays when a scheduled payment falls on that day.
The minimum amount for partial early repayment is not less than one monthly payment.
