A borrower - individual shall be liable for failure to fulfil obligations under the Bank Loan Agreement.
The Bank shall be entitled, if a borrower fails to fulfil obligations under the Bank Loan Agreement, to:
- impose a forfeit (fine, penalty);
- foreclose on funds available on borrower's bank accounts;
- transfer debt for soft collection and pre-trial settlement to collection agency;
- file a lawsuit with a court.
The pledger shall be responsible for the safety and maintenance of the pledged item in proper technical condition, for the risk of accidental loss, damage or forfeiture of the pledged item.
In case the borrower fails to fulfill its obligations under the bank loan agreement, the Bank shall be entitled to foreclose on the pledged property extrajudicially and/or judicially, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Check the queue in the Halyk app in the Loans → Online queue section
Wait for a notification when your queue is up
After receiving the notification, visit Bank outlet to submit your loan application

Waiting time depends on the available limit
You will receive an SMS/Push notification from the Bank. Within 10 calendar days, you should visit a Bank outlet to apply for a loan.
It is important to:
1) have the invoice from the car dealership with you;
2) if you are married, your spouse’s presence is compulsory.
The queue is formed automatically in the order of application based on the date and time of submission
The queue is formed online only. No alternative queue is available
The queue progresses as limits become available
After submitting your application, you can independently check your position in the queue in the following section: Online Loans Queue
10 calendar days after the notification is sent
Your queue will be canceled, and you will need to re-apply to be placed in the queue
Due to a limited quota and high demand, the Bank is forced to limit the application period for loans
You can cancel your queue yourself. The Bank cannot unilaterally cancel applications
