A borrower - individual shall be liable for failure to fulfil obligations under the Bank Loan Agreement. 

The Bank shall be entitled, if a borrower fails to fulfil obligations under the Bank Loan Agreement, to:

  • impose a forfeit (fine, penalty);
  • foreclose on funds available on borrower's bank accounts;
  • transfer debt for soft collection and pre-trial settlement to collection agency;
  • file a lawsuit with a court.

The pledger shall be responsible for the safety and maintenance of the pledged item in proper technical condition, for the risk of accidental loss, damage or forfeiture of the pledged item.

In case the borrower fails to fulfill its obligations under the bank loan agreement, the Bank shall be entitled to foreclose on the pledged property extrajudicially and/or judicially, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

How to know when it’s my turn?

You will receive an SMS/Push notification from the Bank. Within 10 calendar days, you should visit a Bank outlet to apply for a loan.

It is important to:

 1) have the invoice from the car dealership with you;

 2) if you are married, your spouse’s presence is compulsory.

How is the queue formed?

The queue is formed automatically in the order of application based on the date and time of submission

Will there be a physical queue, or is it online only?

The queue is formed online only. No alternative queue is available

How can I track the queue?

After submitting your application, you can independently check your position in the queue in the following section: Online Loans Queue

What will happen if I will not be able to visit a Bank outlet within 10 calendar days?

Your queue will be canceled, and you will need to re-apply to be placed in the queue

Why is the queue canceled 10 calendar days after the Bank is notified?

Due to a limited quota and high demand, the Bank is forced to limit the application period for loans

Can my place in the queue be cancelled unilaterally?

You can cancel your queue yourself. The Bank cannot unilaterally cancel applications

Is it possible to change or improve one's position in the queue?

No, it is not possible to change or improve your position in the queue

What documents are required to get in the queue?

Documents are not required; queuing is done online

Can I pause the queue and resume it later?

No, you can't. You can cancel your place in the queue, in which case your application will be removed from the general queue

Can multiple applications be submitted for one person?

No. Only one application is allowed per customer

Can I transfer or re-register my place in the queue to another person (including a spouse, close relative, etc.)?

No, transferring or re-registering the queue is not possible. The queue is assigned to the customer and cannot be transferred to third parties, including spouses
