You may purchase or sell gold bars only on weekdays from 9:00 am to 04:00 pm of Astana time.

The purchase and sale of bars is performed by prior application, which shall be completed on the Bank's website. After processing the application, a Bank manager contacts the customer, informs them of the availability of the bar and provides the address of the outlet where the purchase and sale can be made.
No, the Bank only sells gold bars.
It is recommended to submit an application no later than one business day before the planned purchase date. Purchase and sale transactions are performed only on business days.
Transactions are performed at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
Yes, the customer has the right to dispose of the purchased bar at their discretion.
In case the customer plans to sell the bar back to the Bank in the future, opening the packaging or damaging the bar is not allowed. If the integrity of the packaging is violated, the buyback price may be significantly reduced.
If the customer does not plan to resell to the Bank, they have the right to dispose of the bar at their discretion.
No. Payment is made only in KZT. If necessary, foreign currency can be exchanged at the Bank.

Payment is made in cash. When paying with a card or current/deposit account, the cashier performs two operations: withdrawing funds and subsequently purchasing the bar. In this regard, a fee for cash withdrawal may be charged in accordance with the Bank's tariffs. Payment with cards from other banks is not provided. Lending and installments are not available.
No. The customer is obliged to independently collect the bars after purchase. But you can rent and store them in a safe deposit box. More details by following the link.

No. Currently, the export of bars is prohibited in accordance with the current Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, income from the increase in value when selling investment gold is subject to taxation by the customer independently. For detailed information on declaration and payment of taxes, please contact the State Revenue Committee.
