Each partner university conducts its own internal selection process and sends up to 2 of the best teams to the final.

Team composition: 4–5 people
A mandatory requirement is a mixed team composition. At least 3 out of 5 roles shall be represented. One participant may combine roles, but the team shall cover product, technical, and presentation areas.
Developer
Implements a technical prototype – writes code, creates a Telegram bot, or a clickable mockup. Responsible for the technical feasibility of the solution.
Product Manager
Formulates the problem, manages priorities and logic. Ensures the product meets a real user need.
Designer / UX
Responsible for the user experience and visual aspects of the prototype. Makes the solution clear, user-friendly, and enjoyable.
Analyst
Researches data, substantiates decisions with numbers and facts. Helps the team make decisions based on metrics.
Marketer / Presenter
Prepares the pitch and presentation of the solution to the jury. Explains the value of the product and maintains the audience's attention.

Evaluation criteria / 30 points
The jury evaluates the solution based on six equally weighted criteria. The maximum score for each is 5 points.

Understanding the problem
The accuracy of pain point formulation, knowledge of the real user and their context.

Solution quality
Logic, originality, and practical feasibility of the approach.

Prototype
Functionality of the artifact, consistency with the stated idea and scenarios.

Pitch
Structure of presentation, clarity of delivery, adherence to timing.

Teamwork
Participation of all team members, coordinated responses to the jury’s questions.

Honesty and self-reflection
Acknowledging the limitations of the solution, adequately assessing risks, and what was not completed.
