The insurance policy provides only current information, i.e., valid as of today.
If you are no longer the owner of the vehicle, you need to contact the insurance company and terminate the agreement.
To obtain a complete insurance report, you need to choose the "Certificate" subsection in the "Public Services" section, and then choose the "Insurance Policy" service.
