You can open a current account at any Bank outlet; you need to have a proof of identity document or a "Digital Document" with you.
to open an account by power of attorney, you shall provide the following documents:
1. Original power of attorney
2. Notarized copy of the customer's identity document;
3. Original identity document of the authorized representative.
You cannot be served by a power of attorney that has expired. You will need to renew the power of attorney agreement for a new term.

You can obtain the notification of an opened 20-digit account for a current account online in PDF format:
1. Open Halyk app;
2. In the "My Bank" section, select a current account;
3. Click on the "Details" option;
4. On the screen that appears, select "Download pdf".
You can view the statement in the Halyk app at any time, without visiting a Bank outlet. To obtain the statement online in PDF format:
1. Open Halyk app;
2. In My Bank, select a current account;
3. Click on the "Statement" option;
4. Select the statement period and click on the PDF icon.

You can replenish your current accounts, but debit transactions are only possible after the arrest has been lifted.
The bank cannot close a restricted current account. The account can be closed only after the restriction is lifted.
