1. Book airline tickets in a convenient way:
• on the website www.airastana.com
• in AirAstana app
2. Get your airline ticket order number*. To proceed with your application, go to the Halyk app using one of the following methods:
• via the link provided on the website/mobile app of AirAstana
• open Halyk** independently, choose “Installment” on the Home, then choose “Air Astana” from the partner list
3. Enter your airline ticket order number in the “Enter order number” field
4. Check the details of the booked airline ticket, choose the loan period and click “Next”
5. Review the loan documentation and sign the documents with an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) issued by the Bank
6. After the loan is approved, airline tickets will be sent to your email address

The agreement is signed with an electronic digital signature issued by the Bank. You provide consent for the issuance of the EDS during registration in Halyk application when applying for a loan.
