Increased transfer/transaction limits in the Halyk app are available to customers who have completed full registration with Halyk, including setting up a trusted device and video identity verification.

• “Withdraw Money Without a Card (at any Halyk Bank ATM)” service.
Make a transfer from your card to a phone number and withdraw funds at an ATM using a code, without using a card.
Fee:
- salary, pension, allowances, and deposit funds – 0%;
- other receipts: up to KZT 300,000, per month - KZT 0, over KZT 300,000 – 1% of the transaction amount

• Transfer to a card by mobile number.
You can send a transfer to the mobile number of a customer of any bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The recipient does not need to have a Halyk Bank card.

Transfers between Halyk Bank cards are instant. In all other cases, the transfer time may take several days and depends on the Receiving Bank.
