• crediting funds to the customer’s account – KZT 0

To open a special account for housing payments, you shall provide the following documents:
1. Identification document (passport);
2. A three-party “Housing Payment Agreement” signed by the government institution and you;
3. A certificate from the government institution administering the housing payments

The bank fee for transfers from the special account for housing payments will be debited from your current (card) account. It is necessary to have a current (card) account with the Bank when opening a special account for housing payments, as, according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, debiting a fee from a special account for housing payments is prohibited, due to the fact that these are targeted funds. In case of absence of this/these type(s) of account(s), it/they can be opened simultaneously with the special account for housing payments at the Bank.

This type of account is intended solely for its designated purpose, and depositing any other funds onto your special housing benefit account is prohibited.

According to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an arrest cannot be imposed on this type of account.

If a customer’s account is subject to an arrest, the Bank is not authorized to open a special account for crediting housing payments.
