• choose “Additional Services,” then “Trusted Number”
• enter your phone number and click “Continue”
• SMS will be sent to your trusted number
• enter the code received in the SMS

When paying for services online, the amount may be blocked for up to 15 calendar days. This is because the payment was made to other organizations, and the Bank is waiting a confirming financial payment document. If confirmation is received within 15 calendar days, the amount will be debited and transferred. If confirmation is not received within 15 days, the blocked amount will be fully returned to the card used for the payment on the 16th day.

• Minimum withdrawal amount – KZT 2,000.
