If you decided to purchase goods from a specific online store (Technodom, Sulpak, Mechta, Alser, Evrika, Fora, etc.), you only need to perform a few simple steps:
• Choose the goods on the website of your chosen store.
• Go to Halyk and apply for installment plan or a loan.

* If you are not registered in Halyk, click on the “I am a new customer” and register with Halyk with video identity verification.

If you decided to purchase goods in a retail store (Technodom, Sulpak, Mechta, Alser, Evrika, Fora, etc.), simply follow a few easy steps:
• Choose the goods in the store and obtain the order number from the consultant
• Open Halyk*, in the “Menu” section, choose “Goods in installments/credit”
• Choose the store and enter the order number
• Check the chosen goods and amount, specify the period, and click “Continue”
• Review the terms and conditions and sign with your Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) issued by the Bank
• Confirm your consent

There are no restrictions on the quantity of goods purchased on credit/installments.
However, the order amount shall be within the approved credit/installment limit.

The decision to approve an installment plan/loan is made automatically by the system within minutes, but please note that each application is considered individually.

The agreement is signed with an electronic digital signature. You provide consent for the issuance of the EDS during registration in the Halyk app when confirming that you have read and understood the terms and conditions privacy policy.
