If you need to temporarily block your card in the Halyk Super App:
1. Select the required card and go to "Settings" (or "Blocks").
2. Toggle on the "Temporary block" option.

In case of card loss, you need to temporarily block your card:
• In the Halyk SuperApp:
Select the card and go to the "Block" section, then turn on "Temporary block"
• Via the contact center:
Make a free internet call in the Halyk SuperApp (in the "Notifications" section, select "Call HalykBank").
In case of permanent card blocking, please visit a bank branch to reissue the card.
• In the Halyk SuperApp:

Using Halyk app is safe. To log in to your account, you need to know your phone number and unique password. In case of three incorrect password attempts in Halyk, your account will be automatically blocked.
A transfer to a blocked card will be credited if the top-up was made Via a bank teller.
If your card was blocked via Halyk, you can unblock it yourself in Halyk App. To do this (if you have the app):
• open Halyk
• choose the card
• go to “Settings”
• disable the “Temporary Block” option
If you previously requested a permanent card block service, you will need to contact a bank outlet to reissue a card.

In case of unauthorized money withdrawal by third parties, it is necessary to temporarily block the card.

• Click on the desired card
• choose “Settings”
• In the “Card Limits”/“Spending Limits” section
• choose “Set Limits”
• Click on the desired card

If you need a card urgently, you can re-issue your Halyk card within 5 minutes at any outlet of the bank, on the same service terms and conditions, and start using it immediately, the funds on your card will be available.
You can easily set PIN code in Halyk app: choose the desired card, go to PIN code - Set/change PIN code
Important! To activate a new PIN code, insert the card into any Halyk ATM, and conduct any transaction at the ATM.
You can also wait for your retained card to be delivered to a bank outlet:
• Within 5 business days, you will receive SMS with the address of the outlet where you can pick up your card. The list of retained card delivery outlets in your city are available at the link below.
• Until you receive your card, you can continue to use your card, having previously removed the temporary blocking in Halyk app: choose the card you forgot at the ATM, in the “Settings” section disable the “Temporary blocking” option.
The block can also be removed by calling the Contact Center as follows:
∙ Call via the Halyk app (free of charge)
∙ Open the "Notifications" section;
∙ Select "Call HalykBank" (Internet call).
Once the card is unblocked and until you receive it, you can perform all transactions:
- Add the card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and pay with your smartphone.
