Under this program, you can purchase any car you like at the car dealerships of Astana Motors/Mycar, Allur, Orbis, Doscar, and Aster auto partners.

• Visit a car dealership to apply for a car loan
• Register in Halyk app and choose a loan decision
• Enter the vehicle’s plate number and pay the state duty for registering the pledge
• Submit a notarized application for pledging the vehicle as pledge
• Sign the documents with Electronic Digital Signature (EDS)
• The pledge will be registered online
• Done! The car is yours!

You can make a payment on your loan:

• In Halyk app
• Via Payment Terminal
• Via ATM with Cash-In function
• Via the cash desk at the nearest bank outlet

Payments under the Agreement should be made before 6:00 PM Astana time. If a payment under the Agreement is made after 6:00 PM Astana time, such payment will be considered completed on the next business day.

Pay your loan on time in Halyk app, or before the scheduled date, to avoid delinquency and protect your credit history. To make monthly payment, you need to:

• Open Halyk app
• Tap "Repay" on the Home
• Choose the loan you want to repay
• Click "Pay monthly payment"
• Choose a card or account to pay from and enter the payment amount
• Confirm the payment

Please note! Halyk loan repayment is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Monthly repayment is available on Android smartphones (version 5.4.2 and higher) and iOS (version 5.5.2 and higher).

Additionally:

1) You can only pay a monthly payment for one loan at a time.
2) If you pay more than the scheduled monthly payment amount, the remaining funds will stay in your prepayment account to cover the next monthly payment according to the schedule.
3) In case of full loan repayment, any excess funds in the prepayment account will be automatically transferred to your current account.
