If you forget your ID, you may open an account based on a digital ID without providing your original ID.

To open an account, foreign citizens need to provide:
1. Identity document (passport)
2. Registration certificate for foreigners and stateless persons, in the absence of identity documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
