You need to temporarily block the card:

choose the card and go to "Locks", enable "Temporary Lock".
• Via the contact center:
Call 7111 from your mobile phone and temporarily block the card.

If you lost your card, you need to temporarily block it:
• In Halyk:
choose the card and go to “Block,” enable “Temporary Block”

For permanent card blocking, please visit a bank branch to reissue the card.

A transfer to a blocked card will be credited if the top-up was made Via a bank teller.
If your card was blocked via Halyk, you can unblock it yourself in Halyk App. To do this (if you have the app):
• open Halyk
• choose the card
• go to “Settings”
• disable the “Temporary Block” option
