New authentication of transfer
Authentication of transfer using Face ID or Touch ID is available for the following types of transfers:
- by phone number (between customers of Halyk);
- to any bank card in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- between own accounts (in case of transfer of part of your deposit to your current or card account).
How to customize in-app transfer authentication with Face ID and Touch ID?
- Go to Menu and select Profile and Settings
- Under Security, select Permission:
- Enable authenticate the transfer with Face ID or Touch ID for iOS platform
- Enable biometric authentication for Android platform
To activate the new feature you need to update Halyk app to the latest version.
