Interest Free Loan for Connection to Gas Supply in Almaty

0% Consumer Lending Program* offers the following conditions:

* The project implies gasification of residential buildings located only in Almaty (gasification of a private area according to the lists of the Akimat)

The borrower (an individual) shall be liable for non-fulfillment of obligations under the bank loan agreement.

In case the borrower fails to fulfill its obligations under the bank loan agreement, the Bank shall be entitled to, without limitation:

• accruе forfeit (fine, penalty);
• foreclose on the money in the borrower's bank accounts;
• transfer the debt to a collection agency for pre-trial collection and settlement;
• file a lawsuit in court

5 Steps of Soft Loan Application

Important! The Bank approves the interest free loan for connection to gas supply only for residential houses located in Almaty.

The applicant should contact the District Akimat (at the location of the residential house) for initial consultation.

The applicant should visit JSC KazTransGas Aimak, Almaty Branch:

• Address: 411 office, 1st floor, BC NOMAD, 125/185 Baizakov Str., Almaty.

• Open hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
• Lunch Break: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays

Original documents required:

1. Owner’s identity document
2. Title documentation (information about the owner, purchase and sale agreement, deed of gift, etc.)
3. Technical passport/approved design sketch
4. State certificate for the land plot
5. Passport for gas equipment (if any)
6. Mapping
7. Area of detail (prepared on site)

After verification of the applicant’s documents an employee of JSC KazTransGas Aimak turns out for the on-site gas connection within 1-2 days.

Issuance of final documents for connection to the gas supply network:

1. The applicant obtains technic specifications for the provision of the service (issue within 5 days as from the date the employee of JSC KazTransGas Aimak turned out for the on-site gas connection)

2. Upon receipt of technic specifications, the applicant shall enter into agreement with JSC KazTransGas Aimak for connection to the gas supply network.

After concluding the agreement with JSC KazTransGas Aimak, the applicant should visit one of 2 outlets of Halyk Bank for 0% loan application.

1. Identity document
2. Almaty Residential House Gasification Service Agreement (concluded with JSC KazTransGas Aimak)
