LSPP Payout from UAPF

Halyk is the authorized operator responsible for opening special account, paying out and using lump sum pension payments (LSPP) for housing improvement purposes.

You can use part of your pension saved in the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (UAPF) for housing improvement purposes, such as:

• Housing improvement by downpayment mortgage to buy home and (or) home + renovation under one agreement
• Partial or full debt repayment on home mortgage loan with Halyk Bank and (or) home mortgage + renovation loan under one bank loan agreement
• Partial or full debt repayment on home mortgage loan with another bank land (or) home mortgage + renovation loan under one bank loan agreement
• Home mortgage loan refinance

Before filing an application, you must first learn the available pension payment in one of the following ways:

• On www.enpf.kz - register or log in
• Through online service https://cabinet.enpf.kz/porog using a one-time password received via SMS to a mobile phone number registered in the mGov mobile citizens database
• On https://egov.kz

You can apply for LSPP Payout from UAPF online 24/7 in the Halyk App:

1. For new Halyk Bank customers:

• Download the Halyk App from Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS (iPhone)
• Open Halyk and tap "Register"
• Select “UAPF Payout" on the home screen in “Government services” and follow the instructions on the screen

2. For customers registered for Halyk App:

• Update Halyk App to the latest version from Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS (iPhone)
• Log into Halyk
• Select “Government services > Benefits, allowances and pension > Unified Accumulative Pension Fund payments” and follow the instructions on the screen

If you have not opened special LSPP account in advance, the Bank will open it automatically when you apply for LSPP.

You may transfer a part of your LSPP or in full to your close relative or spouse. The close relatives are parents, children, adopters, adopted, siblings/half-siblings, grandfather, grandmother.

You may transfer your LSPP:

1. to several beneficiaries 
2. if you’ve already used a part of your pension savings 

To transfer your pension savings to close relatives/ spouse:

• fill in the required information in the LSPP Application and choose from the list “Transfer my pension payments to spouse/ close relatives”
• enter IIN and a phone number of a customer in whose favor pension savings are transferred 
• follow further instructions on the screen
• once the Application is sent the LSPP beneficiary will receive an SMS Notification

Important! Your beneficiary must register for Halyk App

If an application for LSPP transfer from the UAPF has been initiated in your favor for housing improvement purposes: 

• Log in with Halyk App
• Government services > Benefits, allowances and pension > Unified Accumulative Pension Fund payments
• Check a sender and an amount of transferred LSPP in the LSPP Transfer Agreement when signing documents in the App

If you have not opened special LSPP account in advance, the Bank will open it automatically when you apply for LSPP.

• UAPF will review the application for 5 business days or less, whereafter a customer is notified respectively in the form of SMS notification
• The Bank will transfer lump sum payments for their intended use within 10 (ten) business days from the day the LSPP is credited to customer’s special account
• If funds are not used for the intended use within 10 business days they will be sent back to the UAPF
