How to use the offer:

1. At the entrance to the Dragon Pass business lounge, present your Visa Infinite Ultra card, boarding pass, and passport to the lounge staff. Your card needs to be registered in the Visa Airport Companion app (download for Android and iOS);
2. Open the app, find the lounge you want to access, and click “Enter.”
3. Click the “Membership” button to get digital access to enter the lounge (you'll need to scan the QR code at the check-in desk at the entrance).

Free luggage packing at Almaty and Astana international airports

• The service is available an unlimited number of times per year. Two suitcases can be packed at a time.

How to use the service:

1. Show your Visa Infinite card at the luggage packing counter at Almaty/Astana International Airport.

The service is available at over 30 international airports.

• Unlimited number of passes per year for cardholders.

How to use the service:

1. Register if you are not already registered with the Visa Concierge chatbot.
2. Choose Visa Travel from the chatbot's main menu, then choose Fast Track International from the menu.
3. Choose the country and airport, and the type of flight (Departure, International Departure, or International Arrival).
4. Choose the country you are flying to and the terminal you are departing from.
5. Enter your flight number, date and time, and your first and last name in Latin characters as they appear on your ticket.

Your personal concierge will send you a voucher with QR code, which you need to show to get through Fast Track.

The QR code can only be generated in advance, no later than 48 hours or 24 hours before departure (depending on the terms and conditions of each airport).

Internet abroad (AirAlo from Visa):

• Visa Infinite Ultra premium cardholders can take advantage of this privilege and receive 3 GB of free internet roaming in 136 countries.
• Your Visa Infinite Ultra card entitles you to 3 QR codes per year.

How to use it?

1. Register if you are not already registered with the Visa Concierge chatbot;
2. Choose the “Roaming” section in the chatbot;
3. Read the rules and check your card for service availability; 
4. Follow the chatbot's instructions on how to get the QR code for free roaming.

You can generate the QR code for the service no earlier than 14 calendar days after your previous use of roaming.

You can wait for your flight in total comfort, complete all pre- and post-flight formalities, including passport and customs control, as well as check-in for your flight (depending on the terms and conditions of each airport).

How to use the service:
