How to use the offer:

1. At the entrance to the Dragon Pass business lounge, present your Visa Signature card, boarding pass, and passport to the lounge staff. Your card needs to be registered in the Visa Airport Companion app
2. Open the app, find the lounge you want to access, and tap “Enter.”
3. Click on the “Membership” to get digital access to enter the lounge (you’ll need to scan the QR code at the check-in desk at the entrance).

Please note that to use the service for free, you need to make card payments in the amount of KZT 150,000 within 35 days, excluding 5 days before departure (payments in the app and via QR code are not counted).

The cost of each visit that is not free under the terms and conditions of the program, as well as all guest visits, is USD 32.

Free luggage wrapping at Almaty and Astana international airports:

How to use the service:

How to use the service:

1. Register if you are not already registered with the Visa Concierge chatbot.
2. Select Visa Travel from the chatbot's Home, then choose Fast Track International.
3. Choose the country and airport, and the type of flight (Departure, International Departure, or International Arrival).
4. Choose the country you are flying to and the terminal you are departing from.
5. Enter your flight number, date and time, and your first and last name in Latin characters as they appear on your ticket.

Your personal concierge will send you a voucher with a QR code, which you will need to present to use Fast Track.

The QR code can only be generated in advance, no later than 48 hours or 24 hours before departure (depending on the conditions of each airport).

Insurance for the whole family while traveling in your country of residence and abroad.

To use the insurance, you need to:
When traveling outside your country of residence, before the start of the trip:

• pay for all round-trip tickets with your Visa Signature card, and/or
• book and pay for accommodation with your Visa Signature card
• pay for both tickets and accommodation

When traveling within your country of permanent residence, your insurance will automatically take effect if, before the start of your trip, you have pre-booked and paid for accommodation for at least 2 nights at least 100 km from your home using your Visa Signature card.

An insurance certificate from Halyk Insurance Company is issued free of charge when you get your card and is valid for travelers abroad (emergency medical care, harm to life and health, property rights, legal costs, etc.).

• The coverage amount is up to EUR 50,000.
• The insurance takes effect immediately upon receipt of your premium card.
• If you were unable to pay for your trip with your premium card, you can always use the insurance certificate from Halyk Insurance Company while traveling.
