The service connects automatically with the customer consent to the collection and processing of personal data, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and protection", Art. 7-1 "Collection, processing of personal data”.
- First, you need to call 7111 (Call Center) from your trusted number and leave a request for voiceprint, as well as voice the code word. The operator can ask more questions.
- After successful voiceprint collection, an SMS notification will be sent to your trusted number.
- Next time, when a customer calls the Contact Center, the system will again create a voice model and compare it with the master voice. The operator will see the results of comparison on the screen. If the voice authentication is successful, the operator can provide the customer with the necessary information or complete operations at the customer’s request without any additional details.
