Push notifications

Push notifications - free and secure service available to all Halyk customers. Enable notifications in the Halyk application and get information about all banking operations on your accounts and cards.

The service is free and it enables to enhance security of Halyk transactions, reduce the risk of fraud and data misappropriation (for example, changing a trusted number).

Push notifications are stored in the Halyk application protected by a password or the smartphone owner biometric data - a fingerprint or face ID.

1. Menu → Profile and settings → Notifications → Add device

To confirm the connection, enter the code from SMS.

2. Menu → Profile and settings → Notifications → enable the ‘Receive notifications’ option

In the "Notification Settings" menu, select the desirable notifications from the list:

• messages, card transactions
• current account / deposit movements
• traffic fines, arrests / payment request-orders
• utilities
• advertising mailings

After settings and configuration, you will be able to receive push notifications for all card transactions, after paying in payment terminals and for other banking operations.
