It is a loyalty program from Halyk. The more actively you use the bank's products and services, the higher your category — and the more bonuses you receive for each purchase.
• Pay with Halyk cards at POS terminals or in the Halyk Super App.
• Use your deposit for savings
• Make purchases within the ecosystems: HalykMarket, Halyk Travel, Halyk insurance or kino.kz.
• Activity increases your category: from 1% to 10% in bonuses.
Bonuses are awarded for payments made within the Halyk network:
- via Halyk QR;
- via smartphone;
- with a Halyk card within the ecosystem (Halyk Market, Halyk Travel, kino.kz), regardless of the payment method.
All categories and conditions are available directly in Halyk Super App.
The category is updated every month and remains valid for the entire following month.

Exceptions to accrual:
- The bonus is not credited for payments made using Sinooil co-branded cards via POS terminals in the Sinooil network;
- Bonus is not awarded when paying with gift cards, corporate cards, cards issued to current or special accounts;
- In case customer returns purchase, bonus will not be awarded;
- In case of partial refund of purchase amount by customer, bonuses (previously awarded) are written off from customer's bonus account in full amount;
- In case of suspicious transactions by cardholders, the Bank has the right to unilaterally cancel bonus award or refund bonuses;
- Bonuses are not awarded for payment with bonuses;
- The Bank reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the terms of the program or for other reasons, without additional notification to the customer, not to assign a category and/or not to award bonuses to the customer.
