You need to temporarily block the card:

Using Halyk app is safe. To log in to your account, you need to know your phone number and unique password. In case of three incorrect password attempts in Halyk, your account will be automatically blocked.
A transfer to a blocked card will be credited if the top-up was made through a bank teller.
If your card was blocked through Halyk, you can unblock it yourself in Halyk App. To do this:
• open Halyk
• choose the card
• go to “Settings”
• disable the “Temporary Block” option
If you previously requested a permanent card block service, you will need to contact a bank outlet for reissuance to unblock the card.

You can set card limits in Halyk:
• Click on the desired card
• choose “Settings”
• In the “Card Limits”/“Spending Limits” section

You can open an additional card online in Halyk app: in the “Accounts” section, choose the card – tap “Order a card”, then choose “Open an additional card”.
An additional card will be issued to your existing account and delivered to you.
You can easily set a PIN code in Halyk app: choose the desired card, then choose “PIN code” – “Set/change PIN code”.
Important! To activate the new PIN code, insert the card into any Halyk Bank ATM and perform any transaction at the ATM.
You can also wait for your retained card to be delivered to a bank outlet:
• Within 5 business days, you will receive an SMS with the address of the outlet where you can pick up your card. You can find a list of branches for issuing retained cards in your city at the link below.
• Until you receive the card, you can continue using your card after temporarily unblocking it in Halyk app: choose the card you forgot in the ATM – in the “Locks” section, disable the “Temporary lock” option.
You can also remove the lock by calling the Contact Center at 7111.
After unlocking the card and before receiving it, you can perform all operations:
- Add the card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and pay with your smartphone.

If you forgot your card in another bank's ATM: contact the contact center of the bank where you forgot your card.
