If a child was born in 2006 or later obtains citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he/she is entitled to intended savings from National Fund. In this case, money will be accrued from the date of obtaining citizenship, and not from birth date itself.
In case if child's death, intended savings are inherited in accordance with Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this case, beneficiaries of savings can use money for any purpose, i.e. compulsory intended use of funds is canceled.
