Download/open the Halyk app. In the "Home" or "Accounts" sections, click on Halyk Easy and open the card.
1. Enter the child’s IIN and mobile phone number;
2. Confirm the details and sign all necessary consents online;
3. Your child will receive a temporary SMS password on their phone to log in to the Halyk app;
4. Download the Halyk app on your child’s phone and enter the temporary password.
5. Set a main password and a 4-digit code.

After a parent initiates the opening of a digital card, a temporary SMS password will be sent to your child’s phone for logging into the Halyk app.

A simplified version of the Halyk app will be available to the child/teenager:
• Contactless payments
• Instant transfers within Halyk (to a mobile phone number, to a QR code, to a Halyk Bank customer card)
• Fee-free bill payments in the Halyk app and increased bonuses
• Payment with accumulated bonuses for mobile communication, transportation and other services.
• Halyk Info - a service that will answer more than 1,000 questions
• Halyk Maps – quick search for the nearest outlet and ATM
• Push notifications
• Personal assistant who will answer any questions and provide advice on products and services in a 24/7 chat
• Both the main cardholder and the child will receive SMS/PUSH notifications for card spending transactions on the Halyk Easy card. Only the main cardholder will receive SMS/PUSH notifications for card income transactions.

If you order a plastic card, it will be ready for delivery the next business day from 09:00 to 18:00 if you are located in Almaty or Astana, and up to 10 days for all other cities listed in Halyk app.
• Delivery is free and takes place on business days (Saturday and Sunday are weekends). Please wait for a call from the courier.
• Card delivery is only available within the cities listed in Halyk app when ordering the card issue.
• You will also receive an SMS notification to your mobile number regarding the card delivery status.
