Bonus is customer’s funds earned thereby from the Partner or from the Bank.
1 (one) bonus is equal to KZT 1 (one). Bonuses are not subject to cashing out.

Halyk Bank JSC Bonus Club Rules

It is enough for a customer to have an active payment card of the Bank issued to an individual.

All relevant information about bonus amounts and promotion limits for each customer is available on the website and in the Halyk Super App.

Bonuses are accumulated on a single bonus account and stored on the customer’s contract (cumulatively on all payment cards). It is possible to accumulate bonuses when paying with one payment card, and spend bonuses with another payment card.

Bonus account is an account other than a customer’s bank account, which is opened by the Bank to each customer at the moment of issuing the Card, and whereon the Bank keeps records and operations on bonuses: awarding, spending, reimbursement, write-off, and active balance.

Bonuses from Halyk Club partners are perpetual.
Bonuses from Halyk are also perpetual, however Halyk Bank is entitled to set an expiry date within the terms and conditions of the promotions.

Attention! Bonuses are expired in case of closing of all customer’s cards and in case of inactivity of customer’s current account in the card base for 6 months.

When a card is reissued, bonuses are stored on the customer’s bonus account and are available to the customer when using the reissued card.

Bonuses are awarded to any Halyk payment cards – debit cards, credit cards, except for corporate payment cards of legal entities and prepaid payment cards (gift cards), and payment cards linked to special current accounts AltynPlus/AltynPlus UPI.
