How do I close my deposit?
You can close a deposit in the bank outlet only. You need to have your identity document with you.
If you forget your ID, you may open an account based on a digital ID without providing your original ID.
In the case of Maximum deposit, you have to notify the Bank 30 calendar days prior to the termination of the agreement by applying to the Bank's outlet and signing the Application.

Maximum Bank Deposit Agreements concluded since 13 August 2020 are not automatically extended.

If you withdraw USD 100,000 or more or its equivalent in other currencies, you should place an order for withdrawal of a large amount. In order to prevent illegal financial transactions, additional information about the source of origin/accumulation of money on the customer account and its intended use is required. You may be additionally requested to provide supporting documents, if necessary. Please treat it with understanding, as this requirement is generally accepted for all Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and established by the state regulator.
